The goal of this project is to conceptualize an app to track an element(s) of a user and a community’s wellness habit they want to grow or adjust.

The main focus of this project is how users, think, pay attention and recover from mistakes.

This App was created with the intent of collecting its data by the use of a wearable device.

The first step was to identify what wellness is. Looking for the meaning of wellness allowed me to start thinking about the different areas the users are familiar with.

During this stage, I also started thinking of the goal of the App to give direction to the project.

I wanted to incorporate an interface that the users were familiar with to help with their mental model and minimize the gap to the concept model.
